Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
- Yes. You will receive the exact product/SKU shown on the product page. Minor differences may occur due to packaging updates or regional labeling requirements. Color may vary slightly by screen settings. The formula and net content remain the same unless otherwise stated. If you think you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days and we’ll fix it.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
- Your digital receipt is sent to your email after checkout. You can also download the invoice under My Account > Orders > View invoice. Checked out as a guest? Use Order Lookup with your email and order number, or contact [email protected] for a copy.
How can I return an item?
- Eligibility: Request within [30] days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For medicated/personal-care items, we can’t accept opened products unless defective or sent in error.
- Start a return: Go to My Account > Orders > Start a return, or email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos if damaged.
- Labels & costs: We provide a prepaid return label for [domestic] orders; international returns are [customer-paid/see policy]. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless it’s our error.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within [3–7] business days after inspection. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
- Most core items are restocked regularly. Click “Notify me when available” to get an alert. Typical restock window: [1–3 weeks]. Limited editions or regulatory-restricted items may not return. For an ETA, contact support with the product name.
Where can I ship my order?
